What’s your return policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don’t love our coffee, ship it back to us within 30 days and you’ll get a full refund. We compost all of our returns, so if you don’t like our coffee, at least the earth benefits.
How much does shipping cost?
It's free. We roast your coffee and ship your order in 3 days or less.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship all of our coffee via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We choose the service that gets the coffee from our warehouse to your front door the fastest.

Is your coffee Direct Trade?
Yes! Our team works closely with all of our farmers to ensure ethical, sustainable practices, and high-quality beans. We think that’s better for everyone, and makes for better coffee.
What’s your roast schedule?
Freshness. We roast small batches and ship them to match your schedule.
Why are so many of your beans from a high altitude?
We carefully select each of our partners based on a few different factors, and altitude is one them. Put simply, we think high-altitude coffee tastes better. The cooler temperatures that you find at high altitude mean those beans take longer to grow, resulting in more complex, better-defined flavors.
Coffee Storage and Brewing
How should I store my coffee?
You can store your coffee in its original Xenia bag, or in any opaque container that prevents contact with direct sunlight. We also recommend you keep your coffee at room temperature or a little cooler.
What’s the best way to brew Xenia coffee?
That depends on the beans you’ve got, and the style you prefer. All of our beans should work well with your favorite method, but we think pour over and Aeropress make for a particularly great cup of coffee.
How can I make my coffee taste better?
If you’re not happy with your brew, take a look at your coffee to water ratio — it should be close to 1:17 (that’s known as the “golden ratio”).
You can also experiment a different grind size, water temperature, and brew time until you get a cup of coffee you love.
Subscriptions
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Absolutely. With our coffee subscription, you can have coffee shipped to your house at the same time every month.
It’s easy and flexible: You never have to renew, and you can cancel or change your order at any time.
How does the subscription service work?
After you choose a coffee, select ‘Subscription’ on the product page. Then choose how much coffee you want per month.
